Dialogic Communications Corporation Appoints British Columbia based

Distributor as First Authorized Reseller, Canadian Market

-- J. Christopher Raymond & Associates will help address increased demand among Canadian-based organizations for The Communicator! high-speed notification solution --

Franklin, Tennessee – Dialogic Communications Corporation (DCC), developer of North America’s leading high-speed notification solution, The Communicator, has awarded British Columbia- based J. Christopher Raymond & Associates, manufacturers of the PC c.o.p.s. Crime Prevention System, with the status of Authorized Reseller for the Canadian Market.

Over the last year, DCC has experienced considerable growth in Canada. "As a reseller, JCR & Associates will help us to address the demands and needs of Canadian municipal, police and school operations more quickly," said Dave Krikac, VP of Marketing for DCC, "providing communities with greater accessibility to The Communicator." JCR & Associates will no longer offer the PC c.o.p.s. system and will offer its current clients the opportunity to acquire The Communicator for increased accuracy and reliability during emergency and non-emergency notifications.

Messaging and contact volumes have mushroomed for current PC c.o.p.s. users. "Advanced features and functionality were needed to handle the growing complexity of notification scenarios," said Chris Raymond, president of JCR & Associates. "The Communicator is the best solution on the market, and offers operations the greatest accuracy and reliability."

The Communicator is already employed in over 600 operations worldwide, including law enforcement and emergency management operations, healthcare facilities, chemical and utilities plants, and large corporations. Calgary, Lethbridge, and Medicine Hat Police Services, as well as Nova Chemical and TELUS are among the Canadian-based organizations that are successfully using The Communicator for emergency events of all sizes.

During peaceful times, the system proves effective in maintaining awareness of important events and community or corporate issues. The system is also being used successfully by law enforcement agencies to build stronger partnerships with local communities, and unite area residents, businesses and public facilities during emergencies for swift, community-wide action.

"When in crisis, people call 911 and wait for help," explains Dave Krikac, DCC’s Vice President of Marketing. "In some ways The Communicator is like 911 only in reverse. Instead of waiting to hear from and then reacting to those in need, The Communicator contacts response teams and communities-at-risk so they can take action before disaster strikes."

The Communicator enables organizations to automate all notification procedures and receive immediate confirmation for live status of call-out missions. The system contacts individuals by phone, pager and/or cellular; delivers incident-specific information and/or instruction; confirms message receipt through touch-tone response; and prints/faxes comprehensive call-out reports detailing notification results.
