This product was our early Windows based solution for the Vacation Rental
Industry. Software features include: Unit availability, Book-It!, Client and
Unit Management, Invoicing and all Reservation Management Functions. The software
operates in Front Desk and Back Office Configurations, and is networkable.
This product has been replaced with Resort Systems ASP based products.

Independent Reservation Service for Resort Private Owners
In response to the need to collect information, while mobile, and append this data to
existing or new relational databases, we have designed and developed a powerful new series
of products around the PalmOS operating system.
- Current products include: Hospitality - Room Deficiency Survey, Housekeeping Room
Manager, and Hotel Security Patrol Modules. Our first client, The Westin Resort
& Spa, Whistler has used the Room Deficiency Survey Module, to improve data
management, and reduce the costs associated with paper based checklists.
Land Surveying Offices are busy places. SURVEYOffice.net is a Windows based
Office Management software application designed to help Land Surveyors manage their
offices. Version 1.0 has been developed in Microsoft SQL, and will run on Microsoft
Windows NT, 2000, and XP Pro. Licenses are availabilie for single, and network
versions.

Communications Corporation (DCC)
In March 2000, we established a relationship with Dialogic Communications Corporation,
of Franklin Tennessee, and have since been approved as their Authorized Canadian Reseller
for "The Communicator" tm Automated Notification Systems. We are currently
working with our existing clients, to provide system upgrades.
- pc c.o.p.s.tm Automated Notification Systems
In 1984, Canadian Police services began to use cassette tape based
"Auto-Dialer" products to improve communications to specific community groups
for Crime Prevention Communications. As a Vendor of this new technology, we saw the
need to incorporate this communication capability with new PC based database applications.
This resulted in the design and development of (P)ersonal (C)omputer
(C)ommunity (O)rganizational and (P)revention (S)ystem, or PC C.O.P.S.TM in 1985.
This hardware and software system was marketed and sold to Emergency, Police, and other
services, who require effective automated notifications, over 65 systems have been
installed across Canada since 1986.
